Carefx Training Services help you maximize your investment and realize the comprehensive benefits of your Carefx solution. Training courses can be delivered at your location, onsite at our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters, or online (in a live / synchronous environment or in a self-paced / asynchronous capacity).
We provide a full spectrum of learning solutions including:
- Administrator Training: We offer a variety of training courses for personnel responsible for serving as a first point of contact with their Carefx solution as well as those responsible for extending its functionality. This may include systems analysts, server administrators, directory administrators, programmers, and clinical analysts. As a prerequisite, Administrator Training attendees should possess a basic understanding of the concepts of client/server environments, databases, directory services, Web servers, application servers, Windows servers, and networks.
Administrator Training courses equip attendees with the knowledge and skills to successfully install, use, maintain, and extend their Carefx solution. Courses cover topics ranging from core concepts of context management, understanding the Carefx server and client components, and performing system troubleshooting. - End-user Training: Carefx is happy to provide end-user training when needed, as well as encouraging and helping to drive train-the-trainer models at client organizations. Because solution-adoption by physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff is one of the most critical components of a successful implementation process, we will work with you to develop a learning plan that thoroughly prepares your users to utilize and embrace your Carefx solution. Finally, we’ll offer one-on-one coaching and support for end users during the implementation phase.
