Committed to delivering predictable, reliable, and responsive service 24x7, 365 days per year, we offer a consistent point of contact for all service requests, as well as common service and support processes to optimize every client experience.

Client Care is a key component of the Carefx client service model. As part of the Carefx Licensed Support & Maintenance Agreement, every client receives access to 24x365 support via the Carefx Support hotline or online where associates are available to answer questions and resolve service requests promptly. Additionally, clients may access the Self-Service Portal to log and manage service requests, search the knowledge base, and connect with other clients.

The Carefx Customer Support team is comprised of systems-trained support analysts, technical team leaders, and operations leaders who provide fast solutions to all client requests.
